有货物发空运或海运
空运货物保险理赔程序．货物一旦出险，购买保险的货物将按照保险进行相应赔偿，没有购买保险的将航空公司出的赔偿金额为准。
【保险理赔】空运货物保险理赔程序：
货物一旦出险，请提供以下文件：运单原件(正本运单) 保险单(正本) 航空公司出示的破损及丢货证明,保险单上所注明当地保险公司所出示的丢货或货的破损证明及照片,正本箱单及发票
1. 被保险人：请详细填写被保险人公司全称
2. 标记： 如有唛头请详细填写
3. 包装及数量： 在此栏中请详细填写包装种类及数量，如属玻璃易碎品请事先通知,按保险公司要求进行包装
4. 保险货物项目：请详细将中英文品名填写入此栏，如有其它特殊或附加名称也请详细填写
5. 保险金额(%)：以人民币填写
6. 运输工具：请以by air、by sea、by car字样填写(如是海运，请用英文写明船名及船期)
7. 以出港日期为准
8. 提单号： 真实的运单号
9. 赔付地点： 详细地址
10. FROM： 详细地址
11. TO： 详细地址
12. 承保险别：需要保何种保险，请在此注明
